For arbitration concerning consumer transactions, the Office of Economic Affairs was established as an arbitration board for alternative dispute resolution (https://www.llv.li/inhalt/117903/amtsstellen/schlichtungsstelle-fur-konsumentenangelegenheiten). This also includes lawyers. Participation in consumer arbitration is voluntary and not mandatory. For contracts concluded online, there is a separate online dispute resolution platform of the European Commission (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/?event=main.home2.show).
